Pay: Negotiable.
Age Limit: Upto 45 years .
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management.
Preferred: Postgraduate Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management Experience.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of industry experience with reputed hospitality brands (minimum at a supervisory level).
- 3-5 years of academic experience in reputed hospitality institutes (minimum as Assistant/Associate Professor or HOD).
Skills and Traits:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Dynamic personality with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Awareness of local aspirations and cultural context.
- Strong network and connections within the hospitality industry.
Preference: Local candidates who understand the regional context and dynamics.
