Age Limit: 20 to 25 years. The candidate must have been born not earlier than October 2,1999 and not later than October 1, 2004 (both dates inclusive).
Age Relaxation: The Upper age relaxation is up to 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
Salary: The Executive will be paid a handsome remuneration which will be fixed for a period of time. The contract would be initially for a period of 1 year and this may be revised for an extension on a year-to-year basis for a further period of 2 years, subject to the satisfactory performance of the applicant. Essential Qualification: A Graduate from a recognized university in any discipline from a University recognized/ approved by the Government / Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc.
Computer Literacy: Candidates are expected to have proficiency in computers/ IT related aspects.

IDBI ESO Recruitment 2024 Selection Process:
The selection of the aspirants will be done through an online test at various exam centres followed by document verification and a pre-recruitment medical test. The selected graduates will be recruited on a contract basis for the 3-year duration at various branches and offices. On successful completion contractual period, the appointees have to go through a selection process for appointment as Assistant Manager (Grade A‟) in IDBI Bank.
IDBI ESO Recruitment 2024 Exam Pattern:
1. There will be 4 sections in the online test- Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, and General/Economy/Banking Awareness/ Computer/IT.
2. The duration of the online test will be 120 minutes
3. There will be 200 Multiple Choice Questions for 200 marks.
4. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.
