Eligibility Criteria For Bandhan Bank Vacancy
To be eligible for the Assistant Branch Head position at Bandhan Bank, you must meet the following requirements:
Educational Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a master’s degree in Management. This educational background will provide you with a strong foundation for success in this role.
Work experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in branch banking is necessary. Candidates with previous experience as a Teller Authoriser or in a similar position, particularly with a private sector bank, will be given preference.
Thorough knowledge of retail banking operations and products: An in-depth understanding of banking products, bank operation policies and procedures, as well as familiarity with AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer) norms, and RBI (Reserve Bank of India) guidelines is essential.
