1. Estate Supervisor (Civil)
Educational Qualification: ITI Pass in relevant discipline with (min 55% marks).
Experience: Minimum 7 years of post-Educational Qualification experience in Residential Building, Commercial Building, Hospital, Real state, High Rising Building etc.
Remuneration: Rs.35,000/- monthly.
Age Limit: Maximum age 45 years.
2. Technician (HVAC/Fire Fighting System)
Educational Qualification: ITI Pass in relevant discipline with (min 55% marks).
Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-Educational Qualification experience in construction/operation & maintenance of the HVAC and fire-fighting system of residential, commercial, hospital, real estate, high rise buildings etc.
Remuneration: Rs.25,000/- monthly.
Age Limit: Maximum age 40 years.
3. Technician (Civil/Plumbing)
Educational Qualification: ITI Pass in relevant discipline with (min 55% marks).
Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-Educational Qualification experience in Residential Building, Commercial Building, Hospital, Real state, High Rising Building etc and operation of pumps.
Remuneration: Rs.25,000/- monthly.
Age Limit: Maximum age 40 years.
4. Assistant Girls’ Hostel Warden
Educational Qualification: Graduate from a reputed institute.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Universities/Educational Institutions having functional knowledge of English and Hindi Languages with good organizational and interpersonal skills.
Remuneration: Rs.25,000-35,000/- monthly.
Age Limit: Maximum age 35 years.
5. Assistant Boys’ Hostel Warden
Educational Qualification: Graduate from a reputed institute.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Universities/Educational Institutions having functional knowledge of English and Hindi Languages with good organizational and interpersonal skills.
Remuneration: Rs.25,000-35,000/- monthly.
Age Limit: Maximum age 35 years.
