1. Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% for General and OBC candidates (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in any discipline from a University recognized/ approved by the Government / Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc.
2. Executive - Sales and Operations (ESO)
No of posts: 1300 posts

Educational Qualification: A Graduate from a recognized university in any discipline from a University recognized/ approved by the Government / Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc.
Eligibility Criteria of IDBI Bank Recruitment
Age Limit: Candidate age should be between 20 years and 25 years as on 1st November 2023. i.e., The candidate must have been born not earlier than November 2, 1998 and not later than November 1, 2003 (both dates inclusive).
Age Relaxation: The category wise age relaxation is as mentioned below.
◾ SC /ST: 5 years
◾ OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
◾ PWD: 10 years
Computer Literacy: Candidates are expected to have proficiency in computers.
Application Fee:
◾ Others (Application fee + Intimation Charges): Rs. 1000/-
◾ SC/ ST/ PWD (Intimation Charges): Rs. 200/-
◾ Payment mode: Pay the fee through online by using Debit Cards (RuPay/ Visa/ MasterCard/ Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallet)
Selection Process of IDBI Vacancy
The selection process will comprise of Online Test followed by personal interview of the candidates, who have qualified in the online test.
i) The applicants, who are successful in the On-line test, would be called for a personal interview.
ii) The selection process shall comprise of Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT). Fitness of the candidates after PRMT would be based on the prevailing guidelines of the Bank.
