Exam Pattern of ADRE Exam 2.0
The Assam Direct Recruitment Exam Pattern for both posts has been detailed below. The number of Questions for Assam Direct Recruitment Group 3 is 200 with 4 sections and for Assam Direct Recruitment Group 4 there will be 3 sections with 150 questions.
Grade III Level
i) Exam Pattern for ADRE Bachelor Degree Level:
Name of Exam: ADRE Bachelor Degree Exam
Duration of Exam: 3 Hours (180 Minutes)
Type of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ)
No of Questions: 150 Questions
Full Marks: 175 Marks
Negative Marking: There will be negative markings for wrong answers. The negative marking for each wrong answer will be equivalent to 1/4th of the mark(s) allotted for that question. For example, the negative marking for a wrong answer to a question carrying 1 mark will be 0.25, and for a question carrying 2 marks, it will be 0.50.

Full Marks: 135 Marks
Negative Marking: There shall be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.
Name of Subjects: English, Social Studies, Mathematics, General Knowledge, Mental Ability and Logical Reasoning.
The syllabus of the written examinations for recruitment to the Class IV Posts shall be in consonance with the Elementary School Pass Level examination of SCERT for Read upto Class VIII category and High School Level Certificate Examination of Board of Secondary Education, Assam for HSLC (Class Ten) passed or equivalent examination passed category including HSLC (Class Ten) passed or equivalent examination passed along-with ITI pass certificate in the trade of Wireman/Electrician/Fitter/ Welder/Machinist/Electronics mechanic from Govt. of Assam approved institute.
